So how do you play on custom maps if they aren't installed ? Simple really. It's important to understand at this point that HaloCE does NOT come with any custom maps installed - only the standard maps, the same as HaloPC. Once you have this enabled then you should be able to see the custom maps in the serverlist. To do this you will need to make sure that the 'Show custom maps' option is enabled in the filters. Once you're connected to the Internet Lobby serverlist, you will need to make sure that you can actually see the custom maps (not just the usual Halo maps like Bloodgulch, Chillout etc). Now you will have a new package (or two) called "vcredist_x86" - run it as 'Administrator' and choose the 'Repair' option.
